The City of Garibaldi Utility Billing Department is located at Garibaldi City Hall, 107 Sixth Street. The City provides water and/or sewer service to approximately 570 households and businesses.
To Make a Utility Payment: Utility payments can be mailed, brought to city hall in person or by using the drop box located by the front door of city hall. The City accepts debit and credit card payments in the office, over the phone (503-322-3327) or online here.
Please note that if you are making a late payment, online and drop box payments may delay our processing of your payment. This could result in a 24-hour notice or possible disconnection of service. For questions regarding your water bill, please call 503-322-3327.
