Tourism Disruption

The Tillamook County Commissioner’s passed Resolution 20-006 today to stem the stream of tourism into Tillamook County at this challenging time (see link below). Please take note that transient lodging will be severely limited and public access to natural areas , boat ramps, campgrounds, parking lots, and day use areas will be closed. The resolution directs visitors to go home by noon on Monday March 23rd. The County, it’s city’s, and unincorporated areas place a high value on tourism and patronage, but at this unprecedented juncture we ask that you think of our residents health, and your own before making the trip. Thank you for your continued interest in all that Tillamook County and Garibaldi have to offer, we hope to see you in the near future.
